Outlier Athletics Sports Training is a baseball and softball training facility located in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. It is an expansion of Outlier CrossFit, which has been a mainstay in the San Diego Fitness scene since 2011. Outlier Athletics is owned by Jeremy and Amanda Allen since 2018. Amanda is a two time NCAA softball national champion at UCLA and is excited to share her lifelong passion for the playing and now coaching the game to all athletes here in San Diego.

 

The Sports Training Facility adds 4,000 sq ft to our existing CrossFit space, resulting in a 10,000 sq ft training facility with fitness and sports training for both adult and youth athletes.

We have four batting cages equipped with Hack Attack or Bata-2 pitching machines (baseball and softball) available to reserve daily. Our netting is retractable making our facility available for team training. We also offer youth strength and conditioning classes and camps during the summer.

As both the CrossFit and Sports Training facilities are directly connected, patrons will have access to a training facility unlike any other in the area. We are excited to combine our love of fitness with our love of sports and share this passion with the San Diego community.
